I am tired of feeling tired all the time. Now that my kids sleep most of the nights through and I don’t have this external factor influencing my tiredness, I am fully ready to change this. I know that everything is energy, so I must be spending my energy in an inefficient way. I have once before gone through this phase of fully cleansing my life and benefits were amazing: my body felt better (I could quit taking painkillers), my relationships improved, I decreased anxiety and insomnia, and I obtained a high level of clarity of what to do with my life.
