In today’s episode, a dear friend of You’ve Got Options, Signe Bjerre, couldn’t make it to the show in the last minute, but we still managed to feel her presence as she sang her beautiful version of Sweater Weather. We’ve also deep-dived into creativity, what could block it and how to unlock it! Oh, and of course we looked into the ageless question, do you need to suffer to be an artist?
Signe Bjerre
I feel blocked when it comes to creativity, A person could be compared to a faucet and creativity to water; how easily and naturally can the water flow through the faucet... Right now it feels like there are just some drops leaking from the faucet every now and again and I feel the longing to open the faucet fully and let the water flow. But I feel blocked and I don't know how to do that. There are also so many different things I could do, how do I choose the right one? How do I unblock my creativity?
Marta’s 5 Creativity Blocks to be lifted to unlock the creativity:
Mental Blocks
Emotional Blocks
Physical Blocks
Relationship Blocks
Clarity and Overwhelm Blocks
You have to suffer to be a real artist
“Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up.”
